I have been pilgrimaging to Sedona for more than 15 years now, many times during some of the worst times of my life.... with tears streaming down my face, broken-hearted, and lost.
And like the Healing Mother She is, Sedona has always embraced me wit her open arms.
There are specific vortex points in Sedona that hold a special place in my heart due to the alchemy and miracles that have transpired.
These are the vortexes you will be visiting with me to practice sacred kundalini techniques for major healing and transformation.

Join us for a day of rejuvenation, energy alchemy, reset, and integrating deep healing techniques in the healing womb of Pachamama herself, mystical Sedona.
In Sedona, the vortexes are created, not by wind or water, but from spiraling spiritual energy.
The vortexes of Sedona are named because they are believed to be spiritual locations where the energy is right to facilitate prayer, meditation, and healing.
These vortex sites are believed to be locations having energy flow that exists on multiple dimensions.
The energy of the vortexes interacts with a person’s inner self which is why practicing kundalini techniques in this energy vortex is so powerful as it relates to healing, manifestation, and awakening spiritually.

Things to note:
- Pilgrimage activities will take place outdoors weather permitting.
- Meditation pillows will be provided
- Yoga mats are not provided, please bring your own if you feel you need one. We will mainly practice sitting meditation, so the pillows are more than enough. We will have a few extra Yoga mats if someone forgets or decides they need one.
- Gourmet organic home-made lunch is included (please let us know about your diet and food allergies).
